Dear Almighty God of Israel, Creator of Heaven and Earth,

I believe Jesus Christ (Yeshua Moschiach) is Your only begotten Son. He came to earth
in the flesh and died on the cross to remove all my sins and the sins of the world. I
believe Jesus Christ rose from the dead on the third day to give eternal life to all who
believe on His name.

Lord Jesus,

I confess to You all of the wrong and sinful things that I have ever done in my life and I
repent.

I forgive all who have ever sinned against me, please forgive me and wash away all of my
sins by the blood You shed for me on the cross. I welcome you into my heart and my
life as my Lord and Savior for now and forevermore.

Lord, I believe and accept I am saved and born into everlasting life according to Your
promise and word,
